Design and brand a compelling presence for CNET's new gadget blog, CRAVE.
Already an established authority in the technical industry, CNET.com continues to expand its voice through the launch of the new gadget blog, CRAVE. gotomedia was brought in to partner with CNET's internal product development team to create a fresh identity and compelling brand presence for the site. Adhering to HTML and CSS2 standards was important, as well as creating an effective user experience for gadget enthusiasts.
gotomedia's rapid cycle approach allowed for key stakeholders to go through a potentially lengthy decision-making process in a very fluid manner, while maintaining an eye on the overall CNET brand. CRAVE launched in the fall of 2006, with enthusiastic response and a growing community of readers. Continued improvement and feedback will ensure the site responds to ongoing reader needs along with industry placement - quickly establishing itself amongst a strong competitive market.
